Shipping to a P.O. Box

Yes, we can ship to a P.O. Box. However, we cannot ship to APO (Army Post Office) addresses. If you need to send your package to a P.O. Box, please use your home or billing address and arrange to forward the package after it has arrived.

Unfortunately, our services are available exclusively through our website. We specialize in online sales to ensure smooth and secure transactions.

Large Orders

Yes, we can handle large or bulk orders! In the event that the order is too large for a single parcel, we will split it into multiple packages. You will only be charged for shipping once, regardless of how many parcels we need to send.

Packaging

We pack all items discreetly, ensuring that no references to our organization or the contents are visible on the package. To reduce our environmental footprint, we also reuse cardboard boxes from past orders, ensuring eco-friendly and secure packaging.

In the unlikely event that your package is seized by customs, we offer a free replacement policy. Please provide the official customs seizure letter, and we will reship your order within 3 business days.

Non-Delivered Packages

If you haven’t received your package after 30 days and it hasn’t been seized by customs, please contact us with your order ID, and we will reship your order free of charge.
